Mark your Calendar: Spring Schedule includes Saturday, April 26, as an asynchronous, instructional Monday
December 3, 2024

Starting in the Spring 2025 semester, the University is introducing one day of asynchronous instruction to ensure all students receive the full academic experience required by higher education accreditation standards. This spring the asynchronous day will fall on Saturday, April 26. This approach supports the necessary 75 instructional days each semester, including 70 classroom days and five final exam days, while accommodating Baylor holidays such as Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Spring Break, Good Friday and, specifically, the Monday after Easter.

For incoming students, think of Baylor’s Initial Aid Summary (or IAS) as a financial aid projection. The information in your IAS is based on your CSS Profile. The final deadline to submit the CSS Profile is February 1. Completing the CSS Profile before this deadline lets you be considered for the maximum amount of aid. The sooner you fill out the CSS Profile, the sooner you’ll receive your IAS. The final deadline for the CSS Profile is February 1; however, if you submit the CSS Profile after the final deadline, you will be considered based on any remaining funding.
