Concert Band: Patriotic and Americana Concert

The School of Music presents the first of two Baylor Concert Band performances for the spring semester on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in Jones Concert Hall. As a nod to the semiquincentennial, the band will perform Patriotic and "Americana"-themed music, including traditional American marches that showcase one of America's musical pastimes, Patriotic standards such as "America, The Beautiful" and "You're a Grand Old Flag," and "American Salute" by Morton Gould. The concert features multiple conductors from the band area.
