Faculty & Staff Chapel: Fall 2026

Baylor Faculty & Staff Chapel began in November 2022 as part of President Linda Livingstone’s campuswide Spiritual Wellbeing initiative. The services, conducted once per semester, bring a guest pastor and/or congregation to campus and are intended to complement our personal spiritual growth.

This fall’s morning service will be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, in Powell Chapel at Truett Seminary. This will be a special opportunity to worship with Highland Baptist Church, and we are excited to hear from Rev. John Durham, who has been lead pastor at Highland since 2013.

As faculty and staff pursue their personal faith in ways that enrich their families and overall wellbeing, services like chapel and Lift Up Your Hearts are designed to support their growth. Lift Up Your Hearts is a time of prayer and worship with the Baylor family that occurs at the end of each semester and features members of the campus community.
