Baylor Athletics Announces Ticket Return and Standby Program

Baylor Athletics Launches 'Fill the Ferrell'?' Ticket Return and Ticket Standby Program
Update 1/6/21, 4:30p.m.
We apologize for any confusion caused by this communication. Capacity in Baylor’s Ferrell Center is limited to 25%, and all athletics events follow strict COVID-19 safety protocols. Standby Program tickets will be limited to those that maintain 25% capacity.
While traditional Faculty/Staff ticketing policies for Baylor home basketball games have been suspended to account for limited 25% capacity requirements, Baylor Athletics has launched the Ticket Return and Standby Program to help ensure every available seat (up to 25% capacity) is used throughout the remainder of the Men's and Women's Basketball seasons.
Baylor Faculty and Staff are welcome and encouraged to sign up at no cost for a chance to claim returned tickets for future games. Here’s how it works:
- Activate a free Baylor Ticket Account, if you don’t already have one. All subscribers to the Standby Program must have an active Baylor Ticket Account.
- Complete the Standby Subscription Form indicating your interest in tickets to men's, women's or both home games.
- Watch your email 24-48 hours prior to each upcoming home game to receive notifications of seat availability and a promo code that may be used to claim free tickets online while inventory lasts. Tickets are claimed on a first come, first served basis.

Subscribers may use the Ticket Standby Program as early as today to cheer on the Bears who will host OU for the first Conference home game of the season at 8 p.m. tonight (Jan. 6). The Lady Bears are expected to return home to face Iowa State on Jan. 16.
Please note: Student ticketing for Men's and Women's Basketball is managed through the Gameday for Students online process.
