Living on campus at Baylor enables you to create the life you’ve been called to live. Our relationally driven communities support the development of your learning and your faith. Baylor offers 12 residence halls in a wide range of layouts, from traditional to apartment-style. Each of our residence halls fall into one of three categories – Living-Learning Communities (LLCs), Residential Colleges, and First-Year Communities. As soon as you pay your nonrefundable $500 deposit, you can fill out the Fall Housing Application. There are many reasons why living on campus helps you have one of the best first-year experiences in the nation, and we’re happy to share just a few!

• Living-Learning Communities are organized around specific academic programs or extracurricular interests. In an LLC, you’ll live with other students who have similar interests and degree plans. You’ll share common cohort classes and have access to other academic services and programming provided in the LLCs. Deposit now to apply for one of these amazing communities! 
  • In the Outdoor Adventure LLC, found on the 4th floor of Penland Residence hall, you’ll join your LLC cohort in the Adventure Sport Class, which culminates in two weekend-long backpacking trips! The Business & Innovation LLC in Brooks Flats hosts a Spring Break trip to New York City every spring. 
• Baylor has spent the last several years refurbishing our residence halls. The newest updates include a freshly renovated Collins Hall and newly expanded Honors Residential College.
• Bring your car with you to campus! When you pay for a parking pass, you get access to parking lots and garages close to your chosen dorm.
• Feeling overwhelmed by all our dorm choices? Check out our virtual tours! You can click through every room type we offer to narrow your focus and find where you’ll feel most at home.
• We should mention that, when it’s time to move into your dorm, a team of dedicated Baylor staff and students help you move all of your belongings from your car to your dorm room. You don’t have to carry a thing!
• There’s never a dull moment at Baylor, and living on campus puts you in the middle of the action! Just step outside your dorm to attend one of our 10,000+ on-campus events. If you’re hungry, you’ll find one of our four dining halls within a five-minute walk from your dorm.
