Baylor to Host Statewide Esports Competition
Baylor University is hosting the Texas Esports League Fall Finals December 14-15, 2024, bringing to campus the best middle school and high school esports teams in Texas to compete for the title of state champion.
In partnership with Vanta, an organizational leader in esports development, the Finals will feature teams from across Texas to compete at the Mark and Paula Hurd Welcome Center in games like Rocket League, Valorant, Fortnite, Apex Legends and more.
Spectators of all ages are encouraged to attend the competitions. Admission is free, but guests should register in advance online. Guests with a valid Baylor ID do not need to register.

Middle School Finals - Saturday, December 14

High School Finals - Sunday, December 15
9:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.

Attendees also will be offered campus tours, have opportunities to talk with faculty from the STEM fields and with members of Baylor’s own esports team, OSO Esports, and visit with a range of event exhibitors. Food trucks from local Waco vendors will be on site for the convenience of competitors and spectators.
