Faculty/Staff Parking: Update Your Vehicle Information

August 8, 2024

Are you a Baylor faculty or staff member with a new vehicle or new license plate number? Or are you new to Baylor and will be parking on campus? As we near the fall semester, Parking Services says now is a good time for faculty and staff to update their vehicle information.

Ensure your vehicle information is up to date:

  • Go to www.baylor.edu/parkingaccount.
  • Click on the Login button in the upper right corner.
  • Select your login method as Bear ID.
  • If your vehicle information is correct, you don’t need to take any action.
  • If you have a NEW VEHICLE, click the red Add a new vehicle button.
  • If your LICENSE PLATE number has changed, you will need to ADD a new vehicle. (You will not be able to update your plate number in the system.)

Other important parking reminders:

  • Parking Permits are VIRTUAL (no physical stickers for your vehicle).
  • The exception is Mopeds/Motorcycles, which do have physical stickers.
  • Your license plates must be correct and visible to the parking lot drive aisle.
  • Faculty and staff are NOT allowed to share their permit with students who are not dependents.

Opt in to Text Alerts:

Citations on campus are not printed but emailed. You can opt in to receive a text alert by clicking on the green Text Alerts button.

Citation Fines:

Faculty and staff citation fines are no longer payroll deducted but will be paid by credit card.
