Faculty/Staff Parking: Update Your Vehicle Information
Are you a Baylor faculty or staff member with a new vehicle or new license plate number? Or are you new to Baylor and will be parking on campus? As we near the fall semester, Parking Services says now is a good time for faculty and staff to update their vehicle information.
Ensure your vehicle information is up to date:
- Go to www.baylor.edu/parkingaccount.
- Click on the Login button in the upper right corner.
- Select your login method as Bear ID.
- If your vehicle information is correct, you don’t need to take any action.
- If you have a NEW VEHICLE, click the red Add a new vehicle button.
- If your LICENSE PLATE number has changed, you will need to ADD a new vehicle. (You will not be able to update your plate number in the system.)
Other important parking reminders:
- Parking Permits are VIRTUAL (no physical stickers for your vehicle).
- The exception is Mopeds/Motorcycles, which do have physical stickers.
- Your license plates must be correct and visible to the parking lot drive aisle.
- Faculty and staff are NOT allowed to share their permit with students who are not dependents.
