President Livingstone to join latest Harvard Education Now webinar

Baylor University President Linda A. Livingstone, Ph.D., is scheduled to participate in a Harvard-led panel discussion entitled “Maintaining a Culture of Free Expression on College Campuses” on February 13 at 2 p.m. CT. The conversation will examine how colleges and universities might balance free expression and open dialogue with preserving a safe, productive, and respectful learning environment.

Other webinar participants include Francesca Purcell, Senior Lecturer on Education, Harvard Graduate School of Education; Bharat Anand, Vice Provost for Advances in Learning, Harvard University, and the Henry R. Byers Professor of Business Administration, Harvard Business School; and Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean, University of California, Berkeley School of Law.

The panel is part of the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Education Now series, which is designed to provide actionable insights and strategies to shape new approaches to challenges in education.
